Halloween & Homework

Tonight students should enjoy Halloween!

The only homework is to do 5x each for vocab 12 list & get your permission slip signed for our mountain bike ride to Taos Charter School.  We will play their 7th grade team in Ultimate Frisbee (Thanks to the volunteer efforts of Andy "Rosey" Hyatt)

Please DO NOT allow your child to bring any candy to school.  It will be confiscated and thrown away.  The sugar disrupts the educational process.

STI Home plus should be working.  Let me know if you need a hard copy.  Math grades will be posted on the first binder check this Thursday.  Enrichment grades will also be posted in the next couple days.

Happy Halloween!

My name is Hillary McPartlon. I am the teacher of the HANDS Program. H.A.N.D.S (Helping Academic Needs of Diverse Students) is a pilot program at Taos Middle School for 6th graders. It is designed for students who seek a challenging environment with a hands-on approach. Through multi-disciplinary learning, students will learn core academics, real-world challenges, and leadership skills. The HANDS Lab is for learners of all levels and backgrounds. The ultimate goal is to treat each student as an individual learner as part of a cooperative team.
